When I first started making dog treats, it wasn’t about business. It was about love. I’d stand in my kitchen with yams from the farm stand or chicken from the butcher, and I’d experiment.
Steam, slice, slow bake, dehydrate — I was determined to make something I’d be proud to give my own dogs.
Fast forward, and those little kitchen experiments turned into Pawcasso Crackers, reaching pups across the country. But I never want to lose that handmade feeling.
Every treat still starts with simple ingredients and the same care I had when I made my first batch.
Sometimes people ask, “Why don’t you just let a big factory handle it?”
And my answer is always the same: because this isn’t just about treats. It’s about trust. You trust me to feed your dog something safe, healthy, and full of love. And I don’t take that lightly. So when you open a bag of our treats, know this: they’re not just snacks.
They’re little crunchy love letters — from my kitchen to yours. Okay that was corny but, still it is true!
